Refund Policy

1. Contact Us: 

  • To initiate a refund or return/exchange, simply contact us. Reach out via email at info@higherhimalayan.com or send a WhatsApp message to +94 77 969 3161. Provide details including your order number, invoice number, and reason for return.

2. Returns Process:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

  • Email/text us your return request. Once approved, the products for return must be shipped to our shop in Sri Lanka.

  • Upon receiving the returns, our QC team will conduct the necessary checks.


3. Refund/Exchange Process:

  • Approved returns can be refunded to the purchaser’s account as store credits or through the original payment method.

  • For exchanges, we will place an exchange order on your behalf once the return is acknowledged and approved.

4. Damaged Merchandise:

  • In the event of damaged merchandise, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Send a picture of the damaged product to info@higherhimalayan.com or WhatsApp on +94 77 969 3161.

6. Delivery Charge Refund:

  • Refund of the delivery charge is applicable for incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods.

7. Timeframe:
