To initiate a refund or return/exchange, simply contact us. Reach out via email at info@higherhimalayan.com or send a WhatsApp message to +94 77 969 3161. Provide details including your order number, invoice number, and reason for return.
2. Returns Process:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Email/text us your return request. Once approved, the products for return must be shipped to our shop in Sri Lanka.

Upon receiving the returns, our QC team will conduct the necessary checks.
3. Refund/Exchange Process:

Approved returns can be refunded to the purchaser’s account as store credits or through the original payment method.

For exchanges, we will place an exchange order on your behalf once the return is acknowledged and approved.
4. Damaged Merchandise:

In the event of damaged merchandise, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

6. Delivery Charge Refund:
